How do I know your reps are any good? For agencies

Objection guide: Agencies and trainers. Updated .

The short answer

Show the work, not a promise. Let each rep take the client's hardest objections against an AI buyer, then share the scored transcripts and the stronger lines the review suggested. Say what the evidence is: what reps said and where they lost the buyer. It shows preparation, not a promised result.

Take this call against an AI buyer

Why buyers say it

A client hands you their leads and their brand. They cannot hear every call, so they worry about reps who say the wrong thing. The question is fair, and it is a chance to show how you prepare reps before they touch a live lead.

How reps lose the deal on it

  1. They offer recordings of the reps' best days. The client knows the sample was picked and trusts it less.
  2. They talk about training hours and process. The client wants to see what a rep says to their buyer.
  3. They promise results. The client remembers the promise when the numbers dip.

Stronger lines to say

  • “Fair question. Before any rep touches your leads, they take your toughest objections against a practice buyer, and I can show you what they said.”
  • “Here are the practice reviews, with where each rep lost the buyer and the better line the review suggested. You can see the work, not just my word.”
  • “I won’t promise results from a practice call. I can show you that each rep has said the answers out loud and fixed the weak ones before your buyers hear them.”

Questions reps ask about it

Is a practice transcript proof the rep is good?

No. It is evidence of preparation: what the rep said, where they lost the practice buyer and what changed. Do not call it a pass mark or a promise. Say what it shows and what it does not.

What should I show a client?

Scored transcripts of practice calls on the client's own objections, and a short summary of what you coached. Keep it honest. Leave out a rep's private details if the client does not need them.

Can the client hear the practice calls?

No. The client reads the call instead of hearing it. The review quotes the rep's own words from the call, scores them and marks the moment the buyer pulled away. You choose what to share with the client. Most clients want the weak moments and what changed, not a highlight reel.
